Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

Exchanges If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange or full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare products, and beauty devices that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
